Free sports physicals will be offered in the High School Nurse’s Office on Friday, June 11th from 8:30am to 12:00pm. They are good for all sports next school year. Parents MUST register for Family ID online on the school web page. Students can pick up a physical form at the High School Office. Students and families must fill out the TOP portion: name, age, grade they WILL be going in next school year, and the sports they will be playing. Student athletes should return these forms before June 10 to the nurse (sixth graders can give their forms to Mrs. Perri in the elementary school) and be prepared for a quick check-up (height, weight, pulse) when they turn in. They will then report for the physical on June 11.
