CA Unified Track and Field Honors Seniors at Senior-Parent Recognition Night


Carbondale Area recently honored its Unified team members at a Unified Track and Field Meet last Tuesday, April 11 for their contributions to the sport and for promoting an inclusive sports environment.

“I am extremely proud of all our athletes and how hard they have worked. Most of all, I am proud of the inclusive environment they have helped to create here at Carbondale Area,” noted Coach Samantha Masco.

“I had a lot of fun competing and meeting new friends,” noted senior Michael Reilly.

The Carbondale Area School District congratulates the Unified Track and Field seniors and wishes them the best of luck in their future endeavors.

Safe2Say Something is a youth violence prevention program run by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. The program teaches youth and adults how to recognize warning signs and signals, especially within social media, from individuals who may be a threat to themselves or others and to “say something” BEFORE it is too late.
