Senior Spotlight: Josh Tierney

Our next Senior Spotlight for the 2021-2022 school year is Josh Tierney. Josh is the son of Pat and Stacy Tierney. He has one sister, Joanna Tierney Rossetti, a 2016 graduate of Carbondale Area. Josh, who wears #66, starts on both the offensive and defensive lines. He hopes to continue playing football at the collegiate level. Playing football on Friday nights is his favorite Carbondale Area memory. He enjoys lifting, watching football, and video games, primarily Madden and League of Legends.

#66 Josh Tierney battles it out on the line in a 54-27 win versus Holy Cross in a game earlier this season.

Josh also excels academically. He is a six-year member of Academic Honors and the National Honor Society, showing his commitment to academics, service, leadership, and scholarship. His favorite subject is Biology, and he aspires to attend college to major in Physical Therapy. The Carbondale Area School District congratulates Josh on his achievements so far and wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors. #CarbondaleAreaClassof2022
