Shoutout to Jacob Berg, who is finishing up a successful Internship in the Technology Department at Carbondale Area! From keeping our copiers stocked with supplies to swapping out broken Chromebooks like a pro, Jake is definitely on the path to becoming a technology pro. Every morning, Jake works alongside Mr. McDonough and Mr. O’Malley at both the High School and Elementary School, tackling helpdesk tickets and helping to repair Chromebook issues. Jake helps make the district’s tech department run smoothly!
Jake says, “My co-op experience has taught me that there are a lot more jobs in my field than I would have thought of. It has also taught me that communication skills are one of the most important skills to have in life”.
After graduation, Jake plans to attend Penn State to pursue a degree in Computer Engineering. Keep up the amazing work!
